Exchange & ReturnsAt Essential Angel we want you to be completely delighted with our products. If for some reason, you are not totally satisfied with a product please contact us at info@essentialangel.com. Please detail the nature of the issue and we will endeavour to respond to your concern as soon as possible. Exchanging or Returning Damaged Goods At Essential Angel we take quality control very seriously. We test our products during manufacture and distribution. However, if unfortunately a product arrives damaged, we will respond promptly, delivering a replacement product or offering a refund once we have received the damaged product in its original packaging within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Follow the Exchange & Returns procedure (below) and you will be issued with a Return Merchant Authority Number (RMA number). Ordered the wrong product? In the case that you ordered the incorrect item in the first place, we are happy to exchange the product only for any other within our range. However, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with seals unbroken within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Should the replacement item you select be of lesser value, then we will also issue you with a gift certificate for the outstanding amount. Follow the Exchange & Returns procedure (below) and you will be issued with a Return Merchant Authority Number (RMA number). If you have changed your mind, it is your responsibility to ensure we receive the returned product. We suggest you contact your postal service to find out the most secure way to send the package back to us. It is a good idea to also keep a copy of your proof of postage. We are unable to take responsibility for goods lost in transit. Exchange & Returns Procedure 1. Ensure that you are logged on as an Essential Angel customer (via “Login” on the utility bar on the Essential Angel website home page ) 2. Click on the “My Account” link on the utility bar which will take you to the “Customer Service” page 3. Under the orders heading, click on the “Review Previous Orders” link which will take you to the “Review Previous Orders” page 4. For the Order you wish to Exchange or Return click on the “Exchange & Returns” link on the right hand side of the list which will take you to the “Exchange & Returns” page 5. Click on the relevant radio button. For an exchange If an exchange is required click “Not what I expected & goods are unopened – Exchange” For damaged goods If an exchange is required click “Damaged during shipment – Exchange” If a refund is required click “Damaged during shipment – Refund” 6. Enter any comments or instructions you wish to. 7. Click “continue” 8. Essential Angel will be notified of your request for an Exchange or Return and will not take any further action until the goods have been received by Essential Angel It is our intention that your shopping experience at Essential Angel should be uncomplicated.
