Ordering with Essential Angel.
If you wish to place and order on this website for any Essential Angel. product the following terms must be adhered to in order for us to process your order efficiently.
- For Essential Angel. to process your order, we need information from you such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, and delivery address, payment details which includes credit card number and any other details required. That is, the "customer information".
- Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed.

- Orders will not be sent out until payment in full has been received and Essential Angel.is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
- It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, Essential Angel. will not refund your payment. Should you wish to re-send the package, you will be responsible for an additional delivery charge.
- You must agree to supply Essential Angel with current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the website or an employee of Essential Angel.
- Essential Angel. cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to act in accordance of your request but are not able to ensure it.
- Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
- Prices of goods, delivery and handling or any other charges displayed on the Essential Angel website are current at the time of publication. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
- We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, images and pricing. In the interest of product development, some product features may be improved and therefore may vary to some extent.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
- All transactions are completed in Australian dollars (AUD). Any purchases using a non Australian denominated credit card are converted by the “nab” (National Australian Bank) at the time of the transaction using the nab’s exchange rate for that day. All exchange rates listed in the Essential Angel website (for example, those under the “Currency” heading) are NOT the nab’s and are purely to give the customer an indication as to an estimate of what the cost of a product might be in one of the local currencies listed. Essential Angel cannot guarantee the accuracy of these exchange rates.
- Products are subject to availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you within 1 business day to confirm a scheduled delivery date.
- Essential Angel does not warrant that a product is available or suitable for your purposes and by accessing this website you agree that Essential Angel will not be liable for any product that is not available or not suitable for your purposes or individual needs.
- It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.

Due to the natural raw material ingredients used to manufacture our products, variations in aroma, colour, texture and viscosity might occur from batch to batch, and therefore consistency cannot be guaranteed.
Please ensure that you shake the products prior to use as the organic, natural ingredients may be prone to separate over time. This is not a fault, simply a result of NOT containing chemical ingredients which prevent this separation.
